RSA Medal for Architecture Award goes to Gordon Murray and Alan Dunlop Architects

As part of the RSA 182nd Annual Exhibition, Gordon Murray and Alan Dunlop Architects have been awarded the RSA Medal for Architecture for the South West Community Health Care Partnership (SWCHC) Headquarters Building in Glasgow. Gordon Murray and Alan Dunlop Architects are recognised for projects across Scotland, and more recently Europe, which are both thoughtful and thought provoking. In the ten years Gordon and Alan have been together, the practice has won over thirty national and international architecture awards. Including Europa Nostra, RIBA, RIAS, Scottish Design Awards and a Special Award for Architecture from the RIAI. Their work has been exhibited at the Royal Institute of British Architects in London, at the Royal Scottish Academy and RIAS in Edinburgh, the Lighthouse in Glasgow and Rotterdam and Marseilles-as well as most recently in the 2004 Venice Biennale.
