
Architects who designed the Radisson SAS Hotel in Argyle Street have had one of their buildings shortlisted for a national award. This is the third time in five years Glasgow-based Gordon Murray and Alan Dunlop Architects have had one of their buildings nominated for the Andrew Doolan Best Building in Scotland Award. The John Knox Street Warehouse project in Clydebank has been shortlisted for the £25,000 prize, which is run annually by the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland. Mr Dunlop today said: "The JKS Workshops project has already won a number of national and international architecture awards this year including a RIBA Award, a Scottish Design Award and the Chairman's Gold Award and Silver Medal at the Roses Design Awards."
