New plan to polish retail 'jewel'

A plan has been unveiled to give a facelift to one of Scotland's most famous shopping areas in the centre of Edinburgh. Called "Inspiring Action", it will promote the selective redevelopment of Princes Street over the next decade. This includes increasing retail space on the main thoroughfare and Rose Street and enhancing adjoining streets. AM Development UK has been chosen to represent the commercial property sector in the project. AM's function will be to test the commercial viability of redevelopment options and to gather opinions from property owners and tenants about their aspirations and needs.
