Is this village hall a masterpiece by young Mackintosh?
A village hall could be a forgotten architectural masterpiece by Charles Rennie Mackintosh, according to experts. Research has revealed that the building in Cardross, Argyll and Bute, could have been designed by Mackintosh early in his career. Experts at Glasgow School of Art have supported the claims first made by members of the Geilston Hall management committee which administers the Victorian building, near Helensburgh.
