Architect calls for skyscraper ban in city
An architectural expert today called for a ban on skyscrapers in Edinburgh in following a decision to review the city's skyline policy for the first time in 40 years. The city council has appointed architects Colvin & Moggridge to draw up a strategy for assessing how skyscrapers can fit in with the Capital's famous skyline. But Peter Wilson, chairman of the Manifesto Foundation for Architecture at Napier University, has slammed plans for a review.
