Tron looking to build on success with new award

The award-winning Tron Development, just off Edinburgh's Royal Mile, has received further recognition after being shortlisted in this year's Edinburgh Architectural Association Awards. Designed by acclaimed architect, Richard Murphy and developed by Buredi, the development has been nominated for a Silver Medal. The awards, which acknowledge excellence in architecture in the Edinburgh area, will be announced at the EAA Ball on March 18. The development is part of the Ł15 million regeneration of the Tron area by Buredi, a joint venture between the Burrell Company, the EDI Group and Castle Rock Housing Association.
