Architecture chiefs are to hold a summit next week in the wake of Lord Fraser's inquiry into the controversial £431 million Scottish Parliament. The Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland will discuss construction procurement in "After Fraser" at the Hawthornden Lecture Theatre at the Weston Link of the National Gallery of Scotland next Thursday. John Campbell QC, the inquiry counsel, will be leading a presentation at the event, which aims to "strengthen the sector". A RIAS spokesman said: "It appears to the RIAS that one of the fundamental lessons to be learned from the inquiry is that to be well managed, projects need time to be developed and honed.
