I'm sorry to dampen various editorial jubilations about the choice of Zaha Hadid as architect to the new Glasgow Museum of Transport, but the above guff is now run-of-the-mill in former centres of European industry, still transfixed by the idea that Frank Gehry's Guggenheim Museum turned Bilbao into a cultural gold mine.
