Parliament architect gives inside story
The boss of the city architecture firm behind the troubled £431 million Scottish Parliament is to give insight into the project at a special event next month. Brian Stewart, group chief executive of Edinburgh-based design company RMJM, will discuss the construction of the Holyrood complex at the Cockburn Association's annual lecture on October 26. Lord Fraser, the Tory peer tasked with investigating the fiasco, last week criticised the association between the late Catalan architect Enric Miralles and RMJM.
