Five-star show for architects

A city architecture firm has swept the board at a design awards event. Reiach and Hall Architects won five gongs at the Scottish Design Awards, including Architect of the Year and Best Housing Project. The firm's Evolution House at West Port won the Best Commercial Building and Buildings in Context awards, plus the major Architecture Grand Prix prize. Neil Gillespie, design director and Reiach and Hall's chairman, went home with the Architect of the Year prize while No1 Succoth Avenue won Best Housing.
