MSPs 'emasculated' me - Holyrood boss

A construction expert brought in to get the Holyrood parliament project back on track today claimed he had been "emasculated" by politicians who got involved in every detail of the building. Alan Ezzi, who lasted just seven months as project director before quitting, told how his role was undermined by the MSPs on the Holyrood Progress Group and how he was excluded from their meetings discussing the project. He told the inquiry the arrangements were "a recipe for disaster".
