Holyrood architects now have designs on Tron Kirk

The Tron Kirk is set to be transformed into a cafe and restaurant under plans drawn up by architects working on the Scottish Parliament building. A large retractable canopy would be installed at the back of the 17th-century church to allow the cafe or restaurant to spill out into Hunter Square. The old kirk would also feature a performance space under the plans being considered by city leaders.
