Jeremy Birrell and his wife Sharon have their very own light box. While the rest of us wallow in the winter blues, craving sunshine, the Birrells can soak up every available ray in the comfort of their very stylish extension. No wonder neither of them suffers from Seasonal Affective Disorder. "The light just dances around in here," says Birrell. "If you have a blue table cloth on the table, the walls shine the same colour."
