Writing's on wall for Holyrood vision

Part of Enric Miralles' vision for the new Scottish Parliament building at Holyrood has been ditched as too difficult. The Catalan architect wanted a "constituency wall" along the Canongate, containing symbols from every parliamentary seat in Scotland. He said the plan would be an important part of the building. But now the idea has been abandoned.
