Plan for 22 flats 'will ruin historic city lane'

Furious residents have slammed plans for a private housing development they claim will spoil a picturesque Glasgow lane. Tenants in Otago Lane, in the west end, fear the 22 flats with underground parking and a restaurant will block out light and cause traffic problems. The proposed development includes a 14-space underground car park on two levels, with a lift.
