Making light work of design
We take light for granted. It is a priceless and reliable commodity we pay nothing for during the day and in the dark of night is just the flick of a switch away. But its power should not be underestimated. The very survival of some species is intrinsically linked to the right kind of light. Certain shades of light can mean the difference between life and death in some countries and the mood of thousands of people can be changed in seconds with a gentle altering of tone.
