Landmark is set to be torn down
A landmark building which housed a high street bank is set to be destroyed to make way for luxury flats and shops. The Lloyds TSB building on the east corner of Dundas Street and Eyre Place, Stockbridge, would be torn down to make way for a five-storey block of flats including plush homes and shops. Applecross Developments plans to destroy the three-storey office block and replace it with a new building, including a basement and penthouse level on one corner.
